The brief was to turn this run down old space into a creative hub in the center of Athens. Flexibility was key.

The concept is that most spaces are moveable and changeable. It has a 140 cap theater,  offices at the top floor, a  bar area, a workshop space with flexible tables and an outdoor space with moveable seating.

Atraktos believes in the uniqueness that lays in us all. And that moto had to translate into the spacial design. It is now open for events, workshops, talks and a space to challenge the Status Quo!

The whole concept was based on the industrial "look & feel" of the space.

Crittle windows, a hot tub, a pinch of color, sliding glass windows into the garden that spans across 26meters.

From Concept  to design, site visits, presentations to Client, the brief was the refurbishment of all public spaces at Waasland Shopping Centre.

​

Informatiion desk, foodcourt, cafe area, seating spaces and kids areas.

The resulting design has helped transform Waasland into one of the most dynamic and fashion-forward shopping centers in Belgium.

​Fitness First is the largest privately owned health club group in the world. In the UK alone there are 78 Fitness First clubs with over 171,000 members

Caulder Moore were appointed the redesign of the stores across 3 tears,: Platinum, Gold & Blue.
From concept to development through to implementation the concept was carried successfully across the 3 different tiers in London.
